A long down jacket with a fur collared hood, PLUS a belt, so stylish and so warm.! (Be sure it is filled with down feathers)
These jackets are going to be more on the expensive side, because of the down feathers, but trust me it is worth the extra $$$.! Make sure it is long enough to cover your bottom when you sit down to help keep your body even warmer.! Best places to purchase warm & stylish coats MACY'S & NORDSTROM. The Fur Scarf.

Fur is a Volk MUST HAVE every winter, but the newest trend is the fur scarves. Let me clarify, fur circle scarves. The reason being is, if the circle is wide enough to fit around your shoulders you can glamorize every outfit by wearing the circle scarf as a shawl. It is so faboo, every time you wear it people are drawn to the beauty that a shawl will bring to a simple dress.

A Bold Pea Coat.

A bold colored pea coat is an instant statement piece. When wearing such an eye catching jacket the accessories must be muted with neutral tones such as black, brown, white or grey. Keeps the attention on the coat but with the matching accessories helps bring the winter look together.

The Leather & Fur Mash UP.

Leather jackets with fur on them, are simply BAD-ASS. This was one of my favorite jackets that I purchased this year. They are hard to find, but I know you can find them at Nordstrom & Forever 21.

I love that they are super sexy with the leather but flirtatious with the fur, it helps balance the girly meets sexy feel. PLUS this jacket looks good with leggings, leather pants, or school girl plaid skirts. The options of creating outfits with this one jacket is endless.!

As the weather gets colder, the days seem shorter and day time seems gloomier.
In which case we are dressing with the weather a keeping that gray feeling.

Pair grey with a color block or a cute plaid skirt. If you're going to wear a skirt be sure to dress for the weather and wear tights.!

**Fashion Tip**
Wearing platform boots keeps your feet warm because they are not directly on the ground. PLUS they are super stylish and will give you extra height.! (Always Fun)

The most classic way to wear gray is to pair it with black or a darker gray.

Flores De La Noche

I was given the pleasure to follow fashion director Emika Martin around for the ENTIRE day while she set up and hosted her fashion show "Flores De La Noche". Being another fashion director it is definitely a pleasure to shadow Emika and learn in her footsteps.

The show opened with a fire dancer.!

Imagine baton twirling to an extreme,
that is exactly what this was.! Batons with fire burning on the ends.

Ms. Fiona Flameteaser is the fire dancer and she was impeccably graceful with the flames, as if they were to touch her she wouldn't have felt a thing.

Personally my biggest fear besides spiders, is definitely fire, and the fact that Fiona was able to just whip the flames around like no biggie, was SCARY.!

As all good writers are taught always open with an attention-getter, a fire dancer was the absolute attention-getter. The adudience was in complete awe.

The first runway had a lot of people's mouth watering with the shirtless male models all representing "Knight's Chamber"

Although the sugar skull make-up did hide their beautiful faces, I will tell you that all of the men were wonderfully handsome and very polite.

As one of my friends whom came to the show said;
"I love going out and seeing man candy"

This my friends was definitely man candy!

The best part was they didn't disappear during the show they stayed out and helped each model up and down the runway just like real gentlemen would.!
